Learn from Every Mistake. Change the Next Run.

Born in 2011, Masaki started skiing at the age of three and began moguls in fifth grade.

Masaki first became interested in moguls after receiving information at school about a moguls athlete development program. Wanting to challenge the selection process became the starting point for pursuing the sport.

Masaki joined TEAM BANKEI in 2026, during the third year of junior high school.

With a focus on clean skiing and keeping the skis together, Masaki continues to improve by learning from both mistakes and successful runs.

My goal is to compete in the Olympic Games.

03 / ATHLETE STORY

Never Let a Mistake Go to Waste.

I first became interested in moguls after receiving information at school about a moguls athlete development program.

I wanted to challenge the selection process, and that became the reason I joined a moguls team and started pursuing the sport.

In training, I try not to make the same mistake twice.

When something goes wrong, I think about what happened and change my focus for the next run.

When something goes well, I try to remember exactly how it felt so I can reproduce it.

To me, TEAM BANKEI is a place where I can train seriously and continue learning.

04 / MY STRENGTH

Developing clean skiing while keeping my skis together.

06 / MESSAGE

Grow as a Person. Let the Results Follow.

To me, being an athlete who is respected whether I win or lose means having strong character and being willing to work hard at everything I do.

I believe that when you continue making that kind of effort, you can earn the respect of others and the results will follow.

Thank you to everyone who always supports me.

I will keep making every training session count and continue working to improve.
