KUJI TAKAHASHI
TEAM BANKEI
ATHLETE
Think. Improve. Get Faster.
Born in 2011, Kuji started skiing around the age of two and began competing in moguls in fifth grade.
Inspired by his father and what he saw on TV, he became interested in moguls and joined TEAM BANKEI in the same year.
In 2026, he placed second in Dual Moguls at the Niigata Prefecture Ski Championships and second in Moguls at the 26th B-Class Bankei Moguls Competition.
With his turns and his entry into the moguls after the first air as key strengths, he continues to work toward becoming an even faster skier.

02 / GOAL
THE NEXT GOAL.
My goals this season are to reach the final at the Junior Olympic Cup and ski the Bankei moguls course in the 25-second range.
My goal is to compete in the World Cup and the Olympic Games.
03 / ATHLETE STORY
Inspired by My Father and Skiing on TV.
My father and the skiing I saw on TV inspired me to become interested in moguls, and I started competing in fifth grade.
I joined TEAM BANKEI that same year.
What I like about TEAM BANKEI is the atmosphere and being able to get along with the older athletes on the team.
In training and competition, I try not to rely only on being told what to do. I make a point of thinking things through for myself first.
04 / MY STRENGTH
My turns and the way I carry speed into the moguls after the first air.
